Project Fifteen: Seoul Museum of Modern Art is now released!
Project Fifteen has been finished and is now known as the Seoul Museum of Modern Art!
The Seoul Museum of Modern Art, aka the SMMA, is one of my grandest projects ever! As my first ever large scale project, The SMMA brags its unique design in its colossal scale. With its exotic design, the SMMA is a fictional building inspired by many modern architectures. However, it takes a ‘tilted’ take on the modern architectural design, standing out in its colossal scale. It exhibits many rebellious art pieces similar to the design of the building itself.
It consists of 8 floors above ground, 3 underground levels, a beautiful garden surrounding the building, and a secondary building as a restraunt and a café.The SMMA integrates smooth curvatures with strict lines harmonically and forms a uniform, unique, exotic, ergonomic design.
This was originally designed as a luxury house. However, as more design ideas came in, the scope of the project expanded massively, I landed on this final design as an art gallery dedicated to my mother, who loves going around art galleries. I later designed the café, restaurant, the fountains, and the garden.
Thank you for your interest in my latest project, and I hope you look forward to my future projects later on.
